Hello :) I really like your idea of the two boxes on top of each other like that it looks really good, and I'd really like to try it myself for my guinea-pigs, can they easily jump up to the box on top or should I use something like a ramp or step?
Hi Amber and Zepea, Im very glad you both liked my piggy hid idea. Amber I have was thinking the same thing about a ramp when I first made the hid. So I tried it in the cage with some hay in the top and they all seemed to jump up just fine, even my new boy at just 10 or so weeks can jump up fine. Cat litter trays seem about the right hight (with the front cut out). My piggy's are always up on the there hids, though hanging tunnels and hammocks all day long I think they like all the ups different bits to jump on to it. X
£2 and time equals... hours of fun and love for your Piggy's
